Water butts

Shipping is £5.00 for all UK Mainland orders, included within the price for the waterbutt kit. All water butts are delivered by courier. Where delivery falls outside of their mainland UK areas a fee may apply depending on location, courier, and sometimes weights and dimensions too. Please note we only ship the ButtinaBox waterbutt to UK postcodes outside mainland UK.

We always aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible, however during holidays and periods of prolonged dry weather, delivery may take longer. In this event, we will email you with updates to allow you to keep track of your order and when you can expect delivery.

You will receive an email from the courier advising when they intend to deliver your order, how you can make changes to the delivery date and providing the opportunity to specify a safe place to leave your order, if not home at the intended delivery time.

Waterbutt Returns

If you have received your order and decide you no longer require the waterbutt, you will be liable for a re-delivery charge of £15 to return your waterbutt order.

If your order is taking longer than you expect, then please get in touch with us here and we'll be happy to update you on the progress of the order. Our customer services team will respond to you within 24 hours.

Free Pack Items

All Free Pack items are delivered by regular (untracked) Royal Mail 2nd Class post. Most orders will fit through a letter box however certain items, for example showerheads, will be too large.

For all items that are offered for free, please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery from the date you place your order. If you do not receive your order after 10 working days, then please get in touch with our Customer Services department here.

Please note Free Pack Items can only be delivered to the address your water company supplies.
